Event Planner Sheets
Click on the links below to download and print any of Our Event Planner Sheets, they are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you've printed the ones you need, then just fill them out and fax them to us at 281.476.6203. We will contact you to discuss the particulars of your event and any special requirements.
Once the event has been planned, you will need to download and print the Contract Agreement, fill it out and fax it to us. NOTE: We cannot hold any dates unless the contract agreement has been completed, signed and sent back to us with a $150.00 or 25% guarantee (whichever is greater).
