How Much Does Our Service Cost?

As we customize all of our packages, we do not have "cookie cutter" prices. Every wedding is unique so we will give you the best price to fit your needs. What is "peace of mind" worth to you? Can you put a price on knowing one of the most important days of your life will go exactly the way you planned? Would you be willing to let someone other than an entertainment professional be responsible for your day?

According to Brides Magazine the average cost of a wedding in the United States is around $20,000.00. This is the AVERAGE not the high end! Although $20,000.00 may be the average, most of the brides we meet with are working with more conservative budgets of $5,000.00 to $10,000.00. Of that, the average bride will budget ONLY 4% to 8% of her entire budget on her entertainment. Past surveys have shown that most of our brides would say that entertainment contributed 80% or more to the overall success of her event.

Ask yourself this question: “If by spending only 7.5% to 15% of my wedding budget I could achieve 80% of the overall success of the reception and "peace of mind" by hiring a entertainment professional, would I be getting a fantastic value for my money?”

The answer for most would be," YES, what a great value!"

Also. Most brides spend more on sales tax, gratuity, and service charges than on their entertainment! Where is the better value? With a budget of only $7,500.00, a four-hour reception costs $1,875.00 per hour. How much money will you lose if your guests leave early because of the coordination and entertainment? How can you save money from the other 92% to 96% to put toward your entertainment? Here are some ideas:

The Veggie Platter: $7.00 per person @ 200 guests = $1,400.00 + tax = 106.40, + gratuity = $252.00 for a total of $1,758.40! Would your guests rather be entertained and have fun or eat broccoli?

If you shave off just $3.00 per plate @ 200 guests, that equals a $600.00 savings + sales tax = $46.80 + gratuity = $116.37 for a total of $763.17! Is the price of a successful wedding worth the extra rice pilaf?

In no way are we suggesting you should sacrifice what you want to pay for your entertainment. We would just like for you to think of the value of your entertainment and to ask yourself what is "peace of mind" worth to you?
